I work with youth and young adults (ages 14–24) who are navigating trauma, negative self-talk, substance use challenges, and co-occurring mental health concerns. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, engaging, and responsive to each person’s unique experiences.
I use creative modalities, including art and animal-assisted approaches, to build rapport, increase engagement, and support emotional regulation. These approaches can make therapy feel more accessible while helping clients develop trust and connection.
My work integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Narrative Exposure Therapy to support long-term skill building. Together, we focus on strengthening emotional regulation, processing experiences, and building practical tools that support lasting change.
I aim to meet clients where they are, using approaches that feel relevant and empowering while supporting meaningful growth.
My practice is located in Goose Hollow neighborhood. I offer both in person and virtual options.
