In both my work and my personal life, I am a strong believer in the benefits of therapy and the ability we all have to integrate our challenges into our lives to create new and healthy dynamics.
As a therapist, I am warm, creative, affirming, and direct. I believe that personal growth is a collaborative endeavor that requires caring, free from judgment. I have extensive experience teaching dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and psychoeducation. I often draw on these modalities with my clients.
I love working with all genders and ages impacted by various challenges; anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, parenting, co-parenting challenges, divorce, addictive behaviors, and substance use disorders.
I am a mother of four, a wife, a student, and a co-parent. I am a PROUD parent of a queer kid. I love cooking for my family, art, dancing, travel, and the outdoors – especially animals.
