Frequently Asked Questions

  • I provide individual therapy for youth and young adults (ages 14–24), supporting those navigating trauma, substance use, negative self-talk, and co-occurring mental health challenges. My work integrates evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT with creative approaches, including art and animal-assisted therapy, to build connection, strengthen emotional regulation, and support lasting change.

  • Reach out by phone or email to schedule a free consultation. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions, and make sure it feels like a good fit before scheduling your first session.

You are also welcome to book a consultation or an intake online: here.

  • Many of the clients I work with haven’t found traditional talk therapy to be enough to remain engaged.

I take a more active approach—using art, animals, and experiential techniques to build connection and help clients access and process emotions in a different way.

Alongside that, I teach concrete skills from DBT and CBT so clients can actually manage what they’re dealing with outside of session.

Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about building tools, practicing them, and creating real change.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

The initial diagnostic intake is $225 and allows us time to complete a comprehensive assessment and begin developing a treatment plan.
